Patient Insurance Information:
Cashless hospitalization is a facility provided by the insurers wherein the insured can get admitted and undergo the required treatment without paying directly for the medical expenditure. The medical expense, thus incurred, shall be settled by the company directly with the hospital. The Cashless claim facility can be obtained only at the hospital network the service provider has a tie-up with.
Procedure for obtaining cashless health care:
At first, the insured must select a hospital from the network tie-ups of their service provider. They must also check the booklet of the hospital and also the website of their service provider for more information. They must also have a check on the latest updated list of the hospitals from the list of service providers.
For Reimbursement:
For patients who do not avail of the benefit of Cashless hospitalization or whose claims are denied for Cashless, please contact your respective TPA along with the patient’s Discharge card, all Original reports, claim form of the insurance company, and hospital bills (to be attested by Dy. Medical Supt. / Officer on Special Duty) for reimbursement. If the Indoor case papers are required, kindly make an application in the Medical Supt. Office / Dy. Medical Supt. Office during working hours.
Note: Stree Hospital Reserves the right to deny the Cashless Facility to any of the Card Holder.
